STUCCO INFORMATION FOR SPEC HOMES
At parapet Framing we apply a layer of DuPont Stucco Wrap Tyvek weatherization followed with a 1" foam board, then a layer of Grace Vycor water proofing membrane, then followed with 2 layers of a 17 gage lath wire re-enforcing the top of parapet better than any other products, also followed with 1/2 to 7/8 thick solid stucco coatings, then finally a coat of Sto Flexyl # 235. This is a water and crack proofing product, to be applying at entire stuccoed parapet walls giving it extra protecttion and last-ability...
HIGHLIGHTED INFORMATION
* Tyvek stucco wrap weatherization: water-resistive barriers used in construction products is made from 100% Flash spunbonded high density polyethylene fibers which have been bonded togather by heat and pressure.
* Grace Vycor membrain: A high performance self-adhered flashing membrane, provides premium protection against water infiltration in all critical areas.
* STO Flexyl # 235 Product Description: Sto Flexyl is an acrylic-Based, fiber reinforced, flexible waterproofer when combined with portland cement, sto flexyl provideds multiple functions, including: waterproof adhesive and base coat in Sto Insolated wall claddings,
crack repair material as well as a foundation waterproofer.
